Cancellation Policy

At Baru Skincare, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and lateness policies: Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Exceptions are made only in cases of severe weather or illness with appropriate notice. Lateness Policy: Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will have the appointment shortened, with time deducted from the session. No extensions will be made to the original booking time. Clients arriving later than 20 minutes will have their appointment canceled without a refund due to the time and booking loss. Booking Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures fairness and commitment for both parties.
