Your Client Journey - Three Simple Steps
We've designed a thoughtful, step-by-step process to make sure every client feels safe, informed, and cared for from the very first visit.
Step 1 - Required
Oncology Skin Consultation
All new oncology clients begin with a required consultation before any facial service. This allows us to fully understand your medical history, current treatments, and skincare needs so we can create a treatment plan that is safe and effective for you.

Personalized skincare recommendations
Consultation Fee: $50 (non-refundable). The fee is applied toward your first Oncology-Safe Facial or Barrier Repair Facial Therapy when scheduled within 30 days of your consultation.
Step 2 - Personalized
Treatment Plan
Following your consultation, Alejandra will create a customized treatment plan tailored to your skin's current condition, your treatment history, and your specific needs and goals. This plan may evolve over time as your skin changes throughout your journey.
Step 3- Your
Oncology-Safe Treatment
Once your treatment plan is in place, you'll be scheduled for the recommended facial service. Every session is delivered in a calm, private environment with attention to your comfort and emotional well-being.

Duration: 30–45 minutes
A professional consultation designed to evaluate your skin health, review your medical history, discuss your current treatments, and determine the safest skincare approach for your unique journey. This is the required first step for all new oncology clients.
Oncology-Safe Facial
$130
Duration: 60 minutes
A specialized facial created specifically for individuals undergoing cancer treatment or in recovery. The service includes gentle cleansing, an ongoing skin assessment, hydrating and calming treatments, barrier-support products, and relaxation techniques when appropriate. Every step is adapted to your comfort and current skin condition.
Barrier Repair Facial Therapy
$150
Duration: 75 minutes
An advanced hydration treatment focused on restoring and strengthening a compromised skin barrier. Ideal for clients experiencing severe dryness, sensitivity, treatment-related skin changes, or anyone needing intensive hydration support. This service is designed to deeply nourish and rebuild skin resilience using gentle, oncology-appropriate techniques.
