Apply approx. 1/4 tsp. to a moistened cotton pad and use upward movements to remove dirt and makeup from the skin's surface. Repeat until the cotton looks clean. Follow with Valeen Toner and rinse well. Complete by applying the recommended night cream for your skin type.
