5.5 pH Toner: Nighttime Toner

• Seaweed, Chlorophyll, Ginseng, and Wheat Germ Extracts nourish and re-balance

• Chamomile, Aloe and Allantoin have a soothing and calming effect

• Helps restore the skin to its proper pH level

After cleansing the skin, use 10 to 12 drops on a moistened cotton pad and apply with upward movements. Rinse with lukewarm water and follow with a night cream.

Note: Toners and astringents should be rinsed, as they are part of a cleansing regimen to help remove residue loosened by a cleansing milk.
